El restaurante "Estik" de Madrid ofrece las hamburguesas más exclusivas del mundo, cerca de 85 euros, elaboradas con el solomillo de buey de la raza Wagyu, conocido como buey de Kobe. En la zona japonesa de Kobe se cuida a los animales con cerveza y masajes, pero actualmente los Wagyus sólo se producen para la exportación en Nueva Zelanda.
